الشروط والأحكام
آخر تحديث: 27 سبتمبر 2026. باستخدامك لموقع Sanji's Board أو اشتراكك فيه، أنت توافق على هذه الشروط.
١. الخدمة
Sanji's Board لوحة تحكم لعالم FBT NEO CLUB في VRChat. المشترك يحصل على خانة خاصة بقروبه في العالم، وكود عضوية لتفعيل العالم، ولوحات يرفع عليها صور قروبه، وإدارة رتب طاقمه. كل هذا يظهر داخل العالم لأي شخص يدخل الإنستانس المفعّل.
٢. الصور المرفوعة
- كل الصور لازم تكون مناسبة للجميع.
- ممنوع: المحتوى الجنسي أو العاري أو الإيحائي، العنف والدم، الكراهية أو العنصرية أو الإساءة لأي شخص أو فئة، معلومات شخصية لغيرك، والمحتوى المحمي بحقوق نشر بدون إذن صاحبه.
- الصور لازم تلتزم أيضاً بشروط VRChat وإرشادات مجتمعها.
- أنت مسؤول عن كل صورة ترفعها على لوحات قروبك.
٣. المراقبة وصلاحيات إدارة العالم
- إدارة العالم (صاحب العالم ومساعده) تشوف صور كل القروبات، وتقدر تحذف أي صورة مخالفة بدون إشعار مسبق.
- الصورة المحذوفة تنحفظ عند الإدارة للمراجعة، وممكن ترجع لو كان الحذف غلط، أو تنحذف نهائياً.
- الإدارة تقدر توقف أي قروب مؤقتاً: صوره ورتبه وكوده يوقفون داخل العالم لين يقرر صاحب العالم.
- طاقم العالم (صاحب العالم، ومساعده، والمراقبين) يقدرون يدخلون أي إنستانس، ولهم صلاحيات فوق رتب القروب، ويقدرون يلغون تفعيل العالم أو يحولونه لقروب ثاني لو صار سوء استخدام.
- كل حذف أو إيقاف ينسجل مع سببه، ويظهر في سجل صاحب القروب.
٤. كود العضوية
- الكود لقروبك فقط. ممنوع بيعه أو تأجيره أو إعطاؤه لأحد خارج قروبك.
- الكود ما يظهر لأي أحد غيرك، والعالم ما يستلم منه إلا بصمة مشفرة.
- تقدر تطلع كود جديد من لوحتك في أي وقت، والقديم يوقف على طول.
٥. مسؤولية صاحب القروب
- أنت مسؤول عن الأشخاص اللي تعطيهم رتب في قروبك، وعن استخدامهم لها.
- إدارة العالم غير مسؤولة عن أي شيء يصير داخل الإنستانسات، وأنت مسؤول عن التزام الإنستانس اللي تفتحه بشروط VRChat.
٦. الاشتراك
- الاشتراك إما عن طريق Patreon أو يضيفه صاحب العالم يدوياً لمدة محددة.
- إذا انتهى الاشتراك أو انوقف: الخانة تنفك، والكود يوقف، وصور القروب وقائمة طاقمه تنحذف.
- مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو وصول شكاوى عن محتوى قروبك، تعطي الإدارة الحق في إيقاف الاشتراك فوراً وبدون تعويض.
٧. بياناتك
نحفظ فقط اللي نحتاجه لتشغيل الخدمة:
- من الديسكورد: رقم حسابك، واسمك، وصورتك (عند تسجيل الدخول).
- من VRChat: رقم حسابك، واسمك، وصورتك (إذا ربطت حسابك). الربط يتأكد منه بكود تحطه في البايو.
- من Patreon: حالة اشتراكك فقط (إذا ربطته).
- الصور اللي ترفعها: تنعاد معالجتها وتنشال منها أي بيانات مخفية (مثل الموقع ومعلومات الجهاز).
- قائمة طاقمك: أسماءهم في VRChat ورتبهم.
- سجل نشاطك في اللوحة (آخر 200 عملية).
ما عندنا إعلانات ولا تتبع. نستخدم كوكي واحد فقط لتسجيل دخولك. بياناتك ما تنباع ولا تنعطى لأحد.
اللي يظهر للعامة: اسمك في VRChat كصاحب القروب، وأسماء طاقمك ورتبهم، والصور اللي على لوحاتك. هذي تظهر داخل العالم لأي شخص يدخل إنستانس قروبك.
تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك بالتواصل معنا.
٨. الاستخدام الممنوع
- إغراق الموقع بالطلبات، أو محاولة إبطائه أو اختراقه.
- استخدام كلاينت معدّل أو أي أداة للتلاعب بأنظمة العالم (الرتب، التفعيل، البوابة...).
المخالف ينوقف اشتراكه، وممكن ينمنع من العالم والخدمة.
٩. تغييرات على الخدمة والشروط
الخدمة مقدمة بحالتها، وممكن تتأثر بتحديثات VRChat. ممكن نحدث هذه الشروط، والتاريخ فوق يوضح آخر تحديث.

1. The service
Sanji's Board is the control panel for the FBT NEO CLUB world in VRChat. Members get a slot for their group in the world, a member code to activate it, boards to put their group's posters on, and staff role management. All of this is shown in the world to anyone who joins an activated instance.
2. Uploaded images
- All images must be suitable for everyone.
- Not allowed: sexual, nude or suggestive content, violence or gore, hate, racism or harassment of any person or group, other people's personal information, and copyrighted content used without permission.
- Images must also follow VRChat's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You are responsible for every image you put on your group's boards.
3. Moderation and world staff powers
- The world management (the world owner and their assistant) can see every group's posters and may remove any image that breaks these rules without prior notice.
- A removed image is kept for review; it may be restored if removed by mistake, or deleted permanently.
- The management may put any group on hold: its posters, roles and code stop working in the world until the world owner decides.
- World staff (the world owner, their assistant and moderators) may join any instance, have powers above group roles, and may deactivate the world or switch it to another group in case of misuse.
- Every removal or hold is logged with its reason and shown in the group owner's activity log.
4. Member code
- Your code is for your group only. Selling, renting or giving it to anyone outside your group is not allowed.
- Your code is never shown to anyone else; the world only receives an encrypted fingerprint of it.
- You can generate a new code from your panel at any time; the old one stops working immediately.
5. Group owner responsibility
- You are responsible for the people you give roles to in your group, and for how they use them.
- The world management is not responsible for anything that happens inside instances; you are responsible for keeping the instances you open within VRChat's rules.
6. Membership
- Membership is either through Patreon or added manually by the world owner for a set period.
- When a membership ends or is suspended, the slot is released, the code stops working, and the group's posters and staff list are deleted.
- Breaking these terms, or reports about your group's content, allow the management to suspend the membership immediately and without refund.
7. Your data
We only keep what the service needs:
- From Discord: your account ID, name and avatar (when you log in).
- From VRChat: your account ID, name and avatar (if you link your account). Linking is verified with a code you put in your bio.
- From Patreon: your membership status only (if you link it).
- Your uploaded images: re-encoded, with any hidden data (such as location or device info) removed.
- Your staff list: their VRChat names and roles.
- Your activity log in the panel (last 200 actions).
No ads, no tracking. We use a single cookie to keep you logged in. Your data is never sold or given to anyone.
What is public: your VRChat name as the group owner, your staff's names and roles, and the images on your boards. These are shown in the world to anyone who joins your group's instance.
You can ask us to delete your account and all your data by contacting us.
8. Prohibited use
- Flooding the site with requests, or trying to slow it down or break into it.
- Using a modified client or any tool to tamper with the world's systems (roles, activation, the gate...).
Violators will have their membership suspended and may be banned from the world and the service.
9. Changes
The service is provided as is and may be affected by VRChat updates. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
